With a career spanning over two decades, Costa Athanassiou brings deep expertise, strategic leadership, and a client-first mindset to his role as Property Management Principal at Elders Lidcombe.
Costa began his real estate journey at just 17, starting from the ground up and quickly gaining a reputation for integrity, discipline and meticulous attention to detail. Since 2006, he has successfully managed residential investment properties across the Inner West of Sydney, refining his craft through hands-on experience and consistent performance. By 2012, Costa had stepped into a leadership role within the industry, overseeing a team responsible for managing approximately $250 million in investment property assets.
Now leading the Property Management Department at Elders Lidcombe, Costa is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, mentoring junior staff, and delivering tailored, results-driven service to property investors. His leadership style is collaborative and forward-thinking, with a strong focus on efficiency, communication, and continual improvement.
